very neat and simple installation
T42 notice the different roof mount this unit is equipped with roof air, so we mounted on the sleeper cab
very nice user friendly driver keyboard *note* that the keyboard is on an extension
and can be moved around the cab. You will notice in the following photo's just how easy
this is accomplished.
*note* how easy it is to change position
again for driver comfort the extension cord on the driver keyboard will allow the unit to be anywhere
in the cab or bunk as you will see in the next photo.
In today's driver market it's little features like these that separate one product from another and its obvious to us at
Winalta Transport Ltd. we made an excellent decision.
again as you can tell from photo's this unit can pretty much be anywhere in the cab!

friendly that this system is.

The thing that impressed us at Winalta Transport Ltd. is this last screen shot that I showed you.
The admin feature built into this software is so user friendly that even the most limited computer
skilled person could/can administer any fleet equipped with omnitracs.

I would like to take a minute and share with you an experience that we just had that reinforces
in our minds that we made the correct decision in selecting CANCOM. We recently installed a
unit in our facility (and as I explained earlier this has become a very simple procedure). Now after
the installation this particular unit would not show up in our system, not knowing exactly what to do
I called Steve and Rick, they immediately put me in touch with the customer support desk, now
we all have been through this sometime in our life and I though oh! ya here we go, now to my
surprise I got an immediate answer (meaning I was not on hold for 2 hrs) and was given specific
instructions not only over the phone but in in printed form, and then to my surprise they kept
phoning me back to walk me through the procedure. We completed the software upgrade in
about 1 hour and the unit was back on the road. No service center No sending a unit out and the
nicest part No expense. Ian
